Since our products are handcrafted daily and often made to order, we have established the following refund policy to maintain fairness for all our valued customers. 1. Order Cancellations For a full refund, order cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to fulfillment are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as preparation and baking have already begun. 2. Custom Orders Custom baked goods, such as personalized cakes, large pastry trays, or special dietary items, require a non-refundable deposit of 30% upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the order date. Cancellations for custom orders after this point are not eligible for refunds. 3. Same-Day and Rush Orders Orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered rush orders and are non-refundable once confirmed, due to the immediate commitment of ingredients and labor. 4. Product Quality Concerns If you believe your item was delivered in poor condition or did not match your order specifications, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your item. Valid complaints will be reviewed, and we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. 5. Unclaimed Orders Orders that are not picked up on the scheduled date and time, and for which no prior arrangements have been made, are considered abandoned and are non-refundable. 6. Refund Method and Timing If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
